CAMP FACILITIES: Our cabins are all climate controlled and modernized. We have a junior Olympic sized pool, three lakes, ropes course and rock wall, acres of play space, multiple archery ranges, our beautiful dining hall and pavilion, art center, and so much more.

CAMP PROGRAM INFO: Camp Wewa prides itself on two things...fun and safety. We encourage all campers to leave the cell phones and the video games home, you won't be needing them here at camp. CAMP PROGRAM INFO: Inside Out Theatre has been serving South Florida with a variety of theatre classes, programs and productions since it began in 1998. The company is a 501(C) not-for-profit organization whose mission is addressing social and community concerns and building character through the performing arts. The company has received numerous awards for its work and produces an average of eight musicals a year. While the Intensives aim to put up a Broadway musical in a concentrated time and professional atmosphere, the Summer Conservatory is a unique program that offers students instruction in a variety of theatre arts while they create an original production based on a socially relevant theme.

June 20 – 24 Blacklight Camp #1: This is the personal favorite of all. Learn how to flow with almost all the weapons of the martial arts in black light. This is an experience you don’t want to miss. The campers will put on a show for all their friends and family that they won’t soon forget.

June 27 – July 1 Survivor / Fear Factor Camp: There will be no eating bugs in this camp, but your team building skills will be put to the test with this all out fun and challenging survivor type Karate camp. This camp is a must for people who enjoy a truly challenging and rewarding activity.

July 5 – 8 Karate Arts Got Talent: America’s Got Talent is a fan favorite show that allows anyone to compete with a variety of acts. This is the ultimate talent show. So it’s time to show the world your Secret Talent! No Camp on Monday July 4th

July 11 – 15 Be A Movie Star Camp: During this camp, children will write a script, create and produce the set, and Star in their very own Movie. Each child will take home their copy of the Karate Arts Movie Camp Production for the entire family to laugh with and enjoy.

July 18 – 22 DIY Pinterest Projects Camp: During this camp, children will create and make very cool Pinterest DIY projects, and each child will take home their creations for the entire family to enjoy. There will other activities trough out the week like Water Day.

CAMP PROGRAM INFO: Orlando Ballet School is a Classical Ballet School. Teachers are background checked to work with children of all ages and the school is one of only four in the U.S. that is ABT (American Ballet Theatre Training) certified. Classes for children start at age two.

CAMP SCHOLARSHIPS OR FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE: Orlando Ballet School tuition scholarships are determined through auditions (age 7 + up) held (usually the second full week of August) during the registration/placement/scholarship week of classes each year the week before the regular school year begins.

CAMP FACILITIES: The camp location is a beautiful 27-acre campus with grassy playing fields, a running track, 2 indoor lounges, an art bunk, and an air conditioned dining hall. Camp Gan Israel has an on-site outdoor swimming pool, monitored by trained and licensed aquatics professionals.

Echoing Air, Inc., founded in 2009, features the voices of countertenors together with early instruments with a special emphasis on music of late 17th Century England. Performances include an expanded palate of other European chamber works of the period as well as 20th and 21st Century music composed for
countertenor and historical instruments. Echoing Air is comprised of internationally recognized performers and educators who have worked with leading proponents of early music.

CAMP PROGRAM INFO: YMCA Camp Winona provides a great traditional, overnight camping experience. We try to balance tradition with the interests of today’s campers by offering fun, exciting and safe activities. Campers are grouped by age and gender and stay in small rustic cabins complete with built in bunk beds and air conditioning. There are up to 12 campers and two staff in each cabin surrounding centrally located bathhouses. Our meals are prepared by our camp chefs and served family style in our air conditioned dining hall. Our well-balanced meals include cereal, salad bar and sandwich options for those campers wishing an alternative/supplement to the meal. We are equipped to accommodate food allergies and special dietary needs.

At the Y, we believe that all kids deserve the opportunity to discover who they are and what they can achieve. Our Resident Camp provides an exciting, safe community for young people to explore the outdoors, build self-esteem, develop interpersonal skills, create lasting friendships and make incredible memories. CAMP PROGRAM INFO: Camp Broadway®, presented by the FSCJ Artist Series, returns to Jacksonville for its 14th year from Monday, June 16 – Friday, June 20, 2014 from 8:30AM – 5:00PM at the Wilson Center for the Arts! Camp Broadway® introduces young people aged 10 to 17 to the world of Broadway on-stage and behind the scenes. Campers work with Broadway directors, choreographers and musical directors to receive training in acting, scene study, improvisation, music theory, solo and ensemble singing, movement, and dance.

This five-day performing arts program offers each camper the opportunity to expand his or her creative talents, build self-esteem, learn the art of collaboration, and gain a fuller respect and understanding of musical theatre. OTHER CAMP INFO: The Project Endeavor Experience takes students and faculty from around the globe and works with each participant to hone their skills and talents. Each participant will be assigned a team and each team will work with a team leader to design a project or perform a routine or create a masterpiece that will be shown to members of that given field at a final banquet. The team that is elected by members of that profession will be honored at the event and will be able to meet with the judges. As a part of the Project Endeavor experience, each team will base their project and the competition on behalf of a local charitable organization.
